Turn the corner and step on the gas.
If the road is clear, we may pass.

When books and rhymes relate to your child's experiences, such as riding in a car, use them as a springboard to talk with him about things that he will understand. What do you and your toddler do when you go for a ride in the car?  Do you help your toddler get into his car seat and fasten his seat belt?  Do you shut the door?  Do you start the engine?
