Winter Reading Program: Get Drawn Into a Good Book!

Reading with your child is one of the most important things you can do to help get them ready to read!  Registration has started for the Winter Reading Program and continues until February 1, 2013.  Reading programs have always helped me be more consistent with reading to my children.  For our littlest listeners you color in a circle for every ten minutes you read to them. During the month of February, you can bring in your completed log and your child will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win a prize.

As part of the winter reading program we have fun stations set-up throughout the Youth Center.  This "Fancy Nancy" station is especially popular with the preschool age girls.

 Superhero station is fun too!
