James Dague, songwriter, illustrator and creator of ScibbleMonster is coming to the library to explain how stimulating creative expression can showcase each child's unique abilities. Participants of this workshop will learn how James' experience working with children in the classroom and as a parent of children with and without special needs have affected his work. James will share examples of how using open-ended activities encourages and empower creativity in art, thought, music and play.
